Burnt valve, rebuilt head w/ ITR cams, now horrible gas mileage?!?!?!

Burnt valve, rebuilt head w/ ITR cams, now horrible gas mileage?!?!?!
So I burned a valve during a road trip and had to limp it home, ran kinda rich the whole way back (30 min drive).
Pulled head off, replaced all my valves, installed ITR cams and valvetrain, all new gaskets.
After I got it running I did some full throttle afr tuning but now my partial throttle afr is in the 11's! It was not like that and I made no changes to my partial throttle numbers at all! What gives??
