stuipd question.. launching & clutch
I would imagine it cant be good, but also depends on what kind of clutch you have. A mutli disc clutch that is meant for that kind of stuff will prolly take it like its nothing as opposed to a stock D15 clutch that cant hold more than 50 hp. Driving period isnt good for engines, but the damage is very miniscule. Ask one of the racing fellas on here how often they change clutches and what type they run.

what kind of mods? Are you pushing more than 15-20% over stock power? I wouldnt recommend daily 7000rpm dumps on a stock clutch... it will wear out fairly quickly. Get a kevlar clutch. They last almost forever.

figure a STOCK SOHC clutch stood up to about 150+, 7000+, rpm launches on slicks and never slipped.
Did I mention 75 shot of juice involved also?
