how much u can push out of it is based on ur tuner, i would go GT35R and 6-10psi tuned on k-pro

why would you use a gt35 for 6-10 psi??? that's a little bit overkill you could use a gt28 and get better average power. the gt35 would take too long to spool to be useful at that low of a psi.

depends on how it is tuned, what kinda turbo, injectors and supporting mods. yea maybe a GT35R is too big, but turbo on low boost makes really good power! if u went with a 35r or (smaller turbo) GT2876R and just run 6-10 pounds with like 680 or 880cc injectors u wont be disappointed. make probably 300whp with that kinda boost
i wouldnt even go that big .. stock a3 motor with boost isnt so snazzy ...buy a low psi supercharger ... in fact ,.. spend the money on an a2 swap and sell your a3 .. beter building block .. you might also be satisfied with an all motor set up .. you can find a type s motor and tranny for 3500 ... almost as cheap as buying a kit ... your call.
