07 Accord- WHAT ARE IT'S PROBLEM AREAS ??

Hey Guys : Just picked up a 07 EX auto with the I-4..What are it's weak links ?? What problems should I look for or expect within the next 100000 -150000 miles ?? Thanks

Not to be a smart ***, but I'm pretty sure we'll find out the weak point once these cars actually get to 100K+ miles...

 

-transmission(eventually)
-really soft brake pad compound(expect to replace rr.brakes @ 30k-40k)
-drive belt will start squealing around 60k miles on k24

i've seen all these things on 03-06 accords, and the 07 is the same ****.

It's a brand new car?

You'll safely be able to see 100k without any snags assuming proper maintainence.

there was a 04 V6 coupe with 50,000miles that threw P0740 Torque Converter.

aside from that, the ATF doesn't start stinking til 90k+.
