Tranny making noises!

My fellow Honda-techers, I have a 94 B18C1 Tranny matched to a B18B and in 3rd and 4th and 5th gear it makes these clanking noises when I LET OFF the throttle. Doesnt make noises when im pressing the pedal but only when I let off. Any Ideas?

shaft bearings maybe, could be a few things... take it apart and find out
