running a LS motor qith a JDM B16 harness

How can i run a LS motor with a JDM B16 harness????
i have a 1988 hatchback with a JDM B16 swap running a PW0 ECU. i need to swap in a LS motor/ECU form a 1991 integra so i can tear my B16 down and build a LS/Vtec with the head. will the harness run my LS motor?? if not how can this be done??

it should plug up pretty easy if the ls is obd-0 and even if it isnt it wont be that hard. the ecu is just as easy. just plug it in.
