ok i have a b16 with a hydro gsr tranny. gears are mint! no grinds. my problem is i got a bad vibration so i grabbed onto my axle where it goes into the diff on the passenger side, and i can move it up and down quite a bit. how much is this fix, and what would it be? a bearing or the diff is toast?

 

the cost depends on what is wrong. is the axle seal bad? try that (3 bucks) or a new axle

 

u can get a passenger side axle from auto pasrts store with core for like $70 if u know how to swap them diy.

 

i can swap my axles no problem. but its the fact that the diff moves up and down not my axle
