Default how to remove ecu pins

I Have a 91 crx si with a b 16a swap and the place that installed it did a ghetto job of wiring the vtec so I bought a vtec subharess from rywire.com and I can't pull the ecu pins that the shop installed. I tried everything, and those thing just won't come out. Whats the easiest way to get them out.??? Please help!!!

stick a little screw driver in the pin whole and it should come out.

I just wedge a flat head in between the clip of the plug and the ECU. Then I just push it out using the flat head for leverage.
