Default Painting, Help

Well my car has some white oxidized spots, i tried wetsanding but tehy dont go away

i dont have a honda, its a ford probe, But the oxidized spots are on the rear quarter panels

So i was originally gonna get some 320 grit sandpaper, sand it all down, by hand, spray some can primer, then some can Flat black or somthing like that, then wet sand after the first coat then spray the rest, i was gonna get the cans that have the fan type of tip

I have an aircompressor but its broke and dosnt fill up all the way,

But i saw this http://www.harborfreight.com/c...93431

Should i get that or just do it by hand?

hand. sometimes the sanders do a little too much work espically if you put too much pressure.

plus, by hand you can take your time and you won't try to rush.

but goodluck man.
