I tried putting new bulbs in already but that was not the problem, checked all of my fuses from under the hood to inside the car and all the fuses were fine.

Double check that all the fuses are put back into the right spots and then check the ground. A continuity checker and a friend can do wonders.

maybe the plug from the transmission isnt plugged in for the reverse lights, or maybe one of them wires are busted. check it out.

as for the horn maybe its just worn out. so you might have to replace the sliders inside the steering hub. take it to a professional.
