Oil is oil. Change it when you need to.
Unless your putting some serious track time in, a serious synthetic isn't necessary.
People have been putting 200k+ on conventional oil in hondas for decades.

What is your setup and goals for the car. I ran regular oil in my old Dodge Dakota and beat the crap out of it and ran strong for like 150k. On a modified motor you may want better oil, but if it's stock it probably won't benefit you too much.
