c's shifter question

Default c's shifter question

will the c's driving position shifter work with the stock shift boot?

i will probably work but you will not be able to get to the bottom adjustment bolt. i did not use one on my car. i miss my c's shifter.

really? i thought because it was the driving position shifter that it would not fit b/c it was too long or is just the bottom part that fits and the long piece just sticks out.

i have a c's driving positioning shifter and really havent gotten around to working on my R but it was a question that was sitting in the back of my mind.

hey poop, you can see my R after me and marc get my R done. hopefully soon before the winter hits so i can get it to me in cali.

this is what it looks like ( just borrowed this pic from the archives, hope the owner doesn't mind ). the main shaft is rectangular in shape, so i'm really wondering if the shift boot will fit over it. anybody here using the stock shift boot on their c's? a pic would be appreciated
