finally made out to track this year
This was my first event this year and it was in montreal we made 4 consistant 11.30 passes but mph varied because I'm still learning the car and its a complete different set up then last year.
Like I said 4 passes, all 4 were 11.30-11.38 the slowest pass and mph went from 122- 135mph and hooking a 1.46 60foot but the high mph we hooked a 11.67 and 1.72 this track in the afternoon was ****. what do u guys think about the et and mph.

We have a B20 bottom 85mm 15:1 compression 95mm stroke B16 head ported and polished with roller rockers and custom cams,dogbox transmission and a tilton clutch edelbrock Intake and header
we made 236hp and 185 tourque with 8 intake valves slightly bent just found that out because we had to pull of the head do to a coolant problem this was on a dyno dynamics dyno

Yea thats what we were expecting to see but when both of our last time slips showed 133mph and 135mph we were pretty shocked and the car weights 1675lbs

s2 manifold
gsr head w/ alaniz head work
supertech valvetrain
stock tranny w/ act 6 puck ITR flywheel
once i can afford to get it back together i have some goodies i will be adding.

im skeptical on the MPH part. you have a ton of TQ due to the stroke of the motor yet you trap 122 which is right on par for a low 11 second pass with 23XWHP. then your car weighs 1675. i would have assumed that with a 1.46 60 the car should have gone 10s easy at 122.
my car for example weighing 1800lbs or so with driver making 22X/150 ran 11.62 @116 with mid 1.6 60. driving on 23s
not sure what my car weighs now but at a crappy track where i have never gotten **** for traction i ran 11.51@118 with 24X/150 on a 1.68 or 9 60. i think the car still weighs around 1750w/driver. driving on 24s.
a guy in canada bought DTRs old car made 240 or so WHP and ran i think best of 10.7s with high 1.4 60s. car weighed 1625.

yea a buddy a mine bought that car and yea he did that in norwalk last year
I know the mph sounds a little of but hitting it twice is a little screwed up plus were fixing the head know due to 8 slightly bent valves which we didnt know so we should make alot more then 230hp but will keep you guys updated this week
