Looks like it belongs to a stereo shop and they're using it as a demo vehicle in their showroom. If that's the case, it makes sense to take it over the top like that to get customers attention.

I saw that car at the Carlisle show. The paint is very nice...ALOT of work there!!

probablya demo vehicule, the worst things is the interior,
the green paint give the **** out off all the work putted in the custom speacker box and exterior paint!!

I think its ugly, but at least it appears to be well done. Like someone said above, demo cars are supposed to be wild. It looks like someone did a good job making it stand out.
