And if so do I need the hf bumper stays also ?

im curious about this as well, itd be nice to get rid of that big block of steel

 

Im currently not even running one.
So my bumper sags like hell lol.

If Im going to buy one, I figured I might as well spend the cash on something worth it.

 

I dont think it will fit a hb, the bumper filler piece may interfere with the support. Ive tried a hb support on my crx and the holes where way off.

I mounted a crx bumper on a civic support so I think it should work the other way as well

If you get the jdm support it is just like the hf one except it will fit perfect they dont have those huge steel beams for supports there

 

Where the hell do I get one of those.

Ive never went out of my way to get a part since the car is a pos drag car.
