about how many hours of labor am i lookin at (not including a good tune) to get my brian crower cams installed in my b18a. there also gonna put in my new valves and valve spring and retainers.

Someone who specializes in checking valve lashes. lol
Its not hard to put in cams and a valvetrain if you have the right tools. If you dont, you will save yourself a couple hundred bucks in labor by pulling your head and just taking that to them.

If your installer knows his stuff, they can install everything including the valve springs/retainers while keeping the head on. My guy was able to keep my head on, and it only took him a few hours.
If they do happen to drop a valve into the chamber, then they'll have to take the head off, and the labour time will go way up.

I heard of this way before, dont they shrink the valves when they replace them?
Seriously now read the original post, he said he is putting new valves in too.

by a professional i mean im havin it done at my local race shop. intec racing. im just doing the valve swap as maintenance. but yeah i had anticipated them doing it with the head still on

Well they won't be swapping valves with the head on, and I honestly wouldn't bother spending the money on replacement valves or the additional labour to install them.
