Default A/C belt trippin

1st post hello

anyways i just bought my first honda it is a 93 Si. anyways whenever i drive the car i hear this noise like a turbo spoolin (yes i made sure it didnt came with a turbo when i bought it) and i was told by the previous owner that the noise was the A/C belt being loose. and when i turn the A/C on , it sometimes make a chirping noise when i let off the throttle like a blow off valve (yes very weird everything makes it seem like i have a turbo). so i was just wondering has anyone had this go on in their honda before and what they did to solve it. thanks in advance

if its a belt... either replace it or tighten it and get some belt dressing... if its the a/c then bring it somewhere where they know what there doing
