Just as the title says. Yes i kno its a newbie question, but help me out here. The difference between Lowering Springs, and Coilovers? Also if you could, include info such as performace wise, and which would be a better choice for lowering/handling combined. Thank you.
coilovers u can adjust the height of your ride and lowering springs just lower your car what u choose hope that helps

Aight, thank you. Also which coilovers would u suggest to get. As in performace wise/ and like which ones feel better, not so stiff or what not? And out of kunk2's or Groundcontrol which are better? Thank you.
the most reccomended setup that i am hearing is ground control coilovers and koni sport single adjustable struts. ground control has specific spring rates for each car and each motor setup.

my opinion: if you cant get a corner scale (measures weight at all 4 corners) dont get coilovers. springs adjust heights universally all around. job of coilover is to fine tune ride height at each corner. this is done my mesauring cars weight at each corner like i said before.

i forgot to mention: just coilovers on stock springs and struts will suck ***. work in this order:
struts
springs
coilovers
or
struts and springs at once
or
struts springs and coilovers all at once
struts
springs
coilovers
or
struts and springs at once
or
struts springs and coilovers all at once
