I can't tell you if any Prelude Rotors fit on the '96 - '97 ITR or not.

But the 4thGen '92 - '96 Prelude's are 4x114.
The S and Si Models both have 10.2" Rotors.
The VTEC Model has 11.1" Rotors.

And the Prelude Rotors are 25mm wide I believe.. Not sure what the ITR Rotor is...

If they're too wide, you could always swap a prelude caliper on also.

97+ prelude rotors will not work, they are 5x114

But, remember, you can have rotors drilled to fit your car if you need.

The USDM ITR front rotor is 23mm wide. I'm not sure if the JDM ITR rotors are the same. You might be able to get the Prelude rotors to fit, but it could be a very, very tight fit with brand new pads, if they'll even fit at all. You can probably get used pads to fit pretty easily as it's only a 2mm thickness difference.
