i just bought a 91 civic ef and i had a questoin about the stick shift. my civic dont have a concole around the stick shift. its just the stick shift coming from the ground and i was wondering if that could be hard for racing, or getting a short shifter?

 

It doesn't matter performance wise if you have the console or not, and in no way would it make it any harder to install a short shifter. It would actaully be one less step

 

thankz my first car and im only 16 so. yea my plan for this ef is 2 do a b18c1 swap but thats money.
