Default Sway bar install

hey i just got my sway and tie bar but i have no clue on how to put it on. i have never done this before and others i have talked to said it can be a bitch. the kit came with the sway bar, tie bar and then the bolts. there where no instructions but i just want to make sure i do it right.

anythings appreciated

the ST rear tie bar and ssr tie bar are the same if not similar, this DIY should help.
