Maybe a 25-shot? I would tune your car before and after the nitrous.

Non-Tuning on nitrous is dangerous.
I would think witha SAFE kit, like a ZEX you could be ok with a 50, but spend the extra 200 and get a mild tune to save your engine for another 50,000km's.

If I get a mild tune......will that hurt my motor down the road when I decide not to spray for awhile.

so your using a dry shot nitrous kit on your car? hm... even with a tune, thats dangerous. Remember, our cars have a returnless fuel system so your best bet if you wanted nitrous IMO would be a wet shot kit where fuel and nitrous are mixed with the proper amounts of fuel

You really need to do some research.

at this rate your engine will be blown in a week.

NEVER use dry nitrous on our engines, as our fuel systems will not let u increase the flow to compensate for the nitrous.

Nitrous + not enough fuel = dead engine.

Our compression ratio is 9.9, when u spray a 50 shot it is still 9.9

Compression ratio ( not rate) in lameans terms is how close the piston gets to the head. Higher the compression, closer the piston gets to head.

If i was you. I would sell the kit before u cost yourself 500+ for a new engine.

I run a 60 shot in mine with a greddy e-manage ultimate and it works great. I never use the nitrous oxide for more than 10 second bursts though. I want to get injectors to be on the safe side still. Maybe rc370cc or from the 310cc from the rsx.

i ran a 50shot using NX single fogger wet kit. never had a problem with it untuned, ran for 37k until i did the swap... if the motor is stock and you keep it at 50shot or less then the computer can correct for the shot. as long as it's a wet shot, dont know about a dry shot.

never did any research on a dry shot because i always heard it was dangerous.

the more mods you have to your motor the more important it is to get tuned for nitrous.
