Looking for the legality info of the k20 swap in california

I had it somewhere on my comp but cant seem to find it any longer. There is a way for us residents of CA to legally swap the k series in. i forgot what all goes into it. i remember having to change the fuel system, dont remember if the cluster has to go in also. Anyways if you have a link to the article about the eg that was done please send it. btw i did search for all of you haters that love to flame lol.
