New EF 600hp turbo build
Here is my old setup that I posted up last year https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1654793 After beating on the 200,000 mile stcok sleeves for a year and tons of fun later here is what happened.
Stock sleeves on 20psi

ERL 84mm block with 5 point block guard

Here are the new CP pistons 9:0:1 compression

New ITR water pump

Peak 750hp rods

Pro Drive oil pump gears before and after.

Bottom end going together

Here are some pics of the turbo and manifold being fitted. It is going to be a tight fit in the EF. The manifold is made by InlinePro. It is cast Stainless and they use it on their NHRA record holding hatch.

The new 00' ITR cams in place

The Water-Methanol injection kit.

The new twin disc

Finally after 2 months getting the motor in

JG intake manifold

A new 68mm throttle body and Hondata gasket to go with it.

Dave(blundar) wanted to see some new cam gears before the tune so I picked these up.

I was worried that my IC was too small so I am going to try to get this sucker to fit.

A little better spark than the internal Honda coil.

Here is a shot of the Methanol injection kit installed. It was very easy to do.

Here it is mostly complete

We are currently in the middle of the Dyno tune. So far we are at 510hp on 22psi. It is still running very rich and we are still playing with the alcohol injection, but we are close to being finished. I managed to run a 11.65 @ 129 at the track last Friday. Thanks for checking out my thread. LMK what you think.

Turbo is a Precision divided T4 .67/.76. The guys over at InlinePro recomended that turbo with their maniflod and so far I am very pleased with both. My buddy recorded the 11sec pass last week. I will see if he can upload it for me.
what a beast!
how do you like your methanol kit? is it tunable to come on at a certain lb of boost, % of injection? i'd like to lean more about those kits. any finished pics of the car, bumper on etc...?

The Methanol kit comes with a small ecu that controls when I want it to start injecting and at what psi I want it to be at full flow. So far the tuning has been going fine with it. Although my tuner is a little nervous on the amount of timing we are throwing at it with no detonation. We may do some more tuning later today. It makes things easy having a Dynapack Dyno here at my shop.

Very nice build up, I see you know how to pick your parts
If I may why a 68mm tb?
The 68mm matched the JG manifold and it should be fine for the power I'm making. If not I'll put a bigger one on.
