i drive a 93 civic ex 4dr. it seems like after i shift, it lags a little bit and then it starts to pick up. it feels like im not getting enough fuel and then all of a sudden it does. i havent done a fuel filter ever in this car. do u think it could be clogged up?? also wut are the signs of a dizzy goin. if sumthin is wrong with it, will it rob all the power from everything else?? if i turn my wipers on, the lights will dim. i press the brake and the brake light comes on so my lights dim. it sounds like a ground but wut ground?? thx guys any HELP appreciated.
