Need Someone to Install JDM Front End, Recommendations???
Like the title says, I just got my JDM front end and I need someone who knows how to do it, or somebody who knows somebody. Pics would be great, just looking for a good, clean install where everything will hopefully line up like it should. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially if the price is hooked up. Thnx.
I know about MOB works, and I know they get down, I was just kinda hoping to find somebody to do it a little cheaper. There's gotta be tons of body shops or guys who do body work on the side, right?
yea there is. im pretty sure u can find someone to do it for u for a few hundred bucks. but i honestly dont know of any. i thought u meant like shops. sorry man good luck

Well even a shop, just anywhere that does good work. I guess my last resort would be MOB, but only because of the price, I would probably have to save up a little bit more. Anyone else?
mob told me that for the whole conversion + match painting it, I was looking around 2200-2400. Like i said earlier, I know they get down, I just kinda need a slightly cheaper alternative...
well just for the conversion, no paint, I've read where some cats have done it for 500-600 bucks. My younger brother just did his, and they fixxed some car accident damage first, then they slapped on the conversion and even painted it white for only $800. I kinda just wanna see what's out there first, I wanna hear what people in the know have to say.
Shop around,...look in the phone book...yellow pages for body shops in your area. You always know when you go to a body shop, it'll be done right and everything will most likely line up good.
I don't mind taking it to a shop, but it would be nice to know that they'd at least done it in the past. I don't wanna be someone's first time, hahah....
I don't mean to sound like a dick or anything, cuz I appreciate each and every one of you guys who give me input, but I think it's pretty obvious I'm not touching this project. I only wanna do it once, and i want it to be done right the first time. I'm pretty good when it comes to picking and choosing my spots to experiment on my car, but this will not be one of those times, no matter how easy it was for any of you gifted bastards, haha.

east bay area lemme know..... i IM you my cell number, holla....done them before, they are easy as hell.....as long as you have the radiator support, fendors, lights, bumper, bumper support, bumper reinforcement bar, all i gotta do is air chisel out the old radiator support, and weld in the new one......or you can do it the cheap way and bold it on, there are several diff ways, cheap way, or the right way....
