Default wierd over heating problem!

ok well ive had the car up and running for about 3-4 months now after i swapped a b18c in my crx. i ve takin it out for a spin every once in a while and even rev'd the engine past 3k just to warm it up a bit while it was parked. but i just finished putting insurance on it and just got an exhaust made for it and now and its starting to over heat. when im parked and revving it, it is fine but when i start to drive it, thats when the meter starts going up! i would think with the extra air flowing thru the bay it should actualy be cooler correct?! wtf is going on?

Im having the same problem but with my d15. Ive changed my thermostat already, and checked the radiator by squeezing the bottom hose. everything seemed ok. im checking the water pump tomorrow.. hmm..

I can leave my crx at idle forever and it not over heat. I can drive down the road alittle ways and it still be fine, but once i go to higher rpms, or drive it more then 10 mins. then it over heats. Once it shows on the cluster that it's at hot, i can lift my hood and listen to the water boiling in my overflow tank.
