Search a little bit...

But from what I remember on mine...

Clutch pedal itself, clutch cylinder (I'm blanking out on the real name of it for some reason), all the lines, shift linkage, ECU...

^I don't think you can reuse your ECU^

I had a parts car with everything I needed when I did mine, and don't get me wrong, it's not an easy project, but it's not the most difficult either.

With the motor out it took me, my dad, and my brother ~1.5 hours to bolt everything up

Yes, you can reuse your auto ECU on a manual. I'm running an auto p28 on my manual z6 just fine. I just get a CEL and my car idles funny. If you want to get rid of the CEL and Idle, you can just convert it to a manual ECU.

Well, you CAN use the auto ecu...

You can get away with using the auto brake pedal if you have a welding torch (that's what I'm doing because taking the brake pedal out is damn near impossible).

Just heat up the shaft of the clutch pedal and bend it to the left, and later on you can get the specs on the brake pedal and cut it and bend it.
