It only happens after the car is warmuped to normal temp. When the car's cold i can blop the throttle and it'll go back down to 900rpms. After the car is warmup. If i get on it alittle bit, and come to idle, it goes to 900, then climbs back up 1200rpms, yes i've tried the extra spring on the plate and also on the other side of the itbs, is it a vac leak or is there anything i can do?

 

i would say check some vac lines
