Help with motor swap

On a D15B JDM are parts interchangeable with the USDM D16? such as all the belt components, manifolds, distributor and all. Cuz I was wondering if i blow or just swap the motors if all the other stuff with match up?

Yes. Pretty much everything is interchangable.
