Dash Vibrates/Shakes when Hot?

Dash Vibrates/Shakes when Hot?
I am not sure what is up, but when I get in my car after it sitting for a few hours in th sun, when I drive, I hear a high pitched fast shaking/vibrating noise from the dash/windsheild area, what is wrong?!
