Is it illegal to have no dash in a car? Like lets say i get pulled over for speeding or whatever, can the cop impound my car b/c of it?

if you had air bags in it i'm sure there would be a problem that they're not there anymore. if you're trying to make your car lighter, the dash doesn't really weigh that much. it's worth just leaving it in.

if its a street car leave it in.. i did my dash swap and had no other choice but to drive around for a couple days w/ no dash and it was horrible and unsafe... the whole dash weighs in at about 40 lbs probably w/ the airbag maybe a little more
