RPMs not working on EF9

I have a 91 civic with a jdm b16. My RPMs are not working but all the instruments are can someone help me. what could be the problem?

check fuse #1
and check fuse #10

this controls tach ecu
and other dash stuff

check the wires behind the gauge cluster. mine had a tach but when the kid took it out he didnt connect the wires back up. or check the connections on the dizzy.

thanks ill check that out and ill get back to u they told me that it had to be something wit the distributor is that true

hey dude check the blue wire coming out from the distributor. same thing happened to me ... i had a bad connection
