Honda Civic (2001 - 2005) Coupe / Sedan / Hybrid (Includes Acura EL)

Need to replace my ABS wheel sensor on my 02 civic....

Default Need to replace my ABS wheel sensor on my 02 civic....

Is there any other honda/acura's that the abs sensor is the same for? Like will the gsr abs brake sensor work, ect.?

EP3 ABS Sensors will work.

^^^ they dont seem to jive electrically. They fit in the plugs, but I had to swap the stock ones back in when I did the disc conversion... the system didnt like the EP ones.

Was it just throwing codes, or improperly braking?

ABS light wouldnt go off (and if the light is on, the ABS doesnt work). It was like it wouldnt read them, and the sensors were good.
I plugged the civic ones back in, light went off, car worked like it should. Not sure why, but other people have found the same thing... it may be some kind of internal difference in the sensor.
