quick and easy H.I.D. retorfit?
I been thinking about doing a retorfit for my g3 integra but I don't want to go through the hassle of cutting up my headlights. While I was opening my headlights, I notice that the projector lenses are real easy to remove. just two screws. My question is would I be able to just swap the stock integra projector lenses with some H.I.D. lenses from a tsx or maxima?

No, the optics are determined not just by the glass convex lens on the front, but also by the parabolic reflector on the back.
Probably the easiest projector to retrofit is the Hella bi-xenon, a.k.a. E55's (used in the Mercedes E55 AMG as well as other E-class cars, BMW 745i, Nissan Maxima, SVT Focus, etc.). This projector has the same lens diameter as the stock projector, and nearly the same overall dimensions as the stock projector, so you don't have to use any spacers or any extra shrouds or bezels or anything. You do still have to cut off the stock projector, though.
After you cut off the stock projector and slightly enlarge the hole, then the Hella projector can attach neatly to the internal metal headlight bracket, like mine here:

The only downside is that the Hella's low beam is probably one of the poorest as far as HID projectors go. Having 2 extra high beams is awesome, but the low beam is noticeably dimmer than some of the other projectors from Valeo, Stanley, etc. This is due to the rear reflector being a dull metal finish instead of a mirror chrome finish. There is some color in the cutoff, but the cutoff isn't very sharp.
But if you want a relatively easy retrofit, this is the one for you. The high beam solenoids also wire up very easily, with no special harnesses or diodes required like the Bosch 3-wire bi-xenon solenoids used in the BMW 3-series.

the plate should just come out when you unscrew it... but becareful not to just rip it out because you don't want to "strip" those white plastic screws/holes because then it will be hell to adjust the beam later!

There is a black plastic thing that the bracket pivots on. You need to detach it from that by squeezing the tabs on the plastic piece with pliers. It's located where you see that big round hole above the "R" in my 2nd picture above.
