Default 2001 ACCORD COUPE EX V6 timing belt question/help

I was bringing in my 2001 Accord EXv6 into Honda...well actually I'm at Honda typing this. Anyways, I was bringing it in for Timing/belt/oil change. But whenI got there the lady told me I was a year early wiht my car. She said I have up to 160,000km or 7 years to change my belt?

I was confused and decided to just get the oil change.

My car has 125,000km.

What do you guys think?

For normal driving conditions here in the states it's 7 years or 105k miles. I have yet to see one of those belts break early unless there was another problem.

Thanks! I drive pretty slow and take off slow too. My car is automatic and I never feel the need to speed in it. Not sure if that effects it tho.
