a sketch or some dimensions will be needed to make one, unless someone already has one to copy.

Did you try getting ahold of the company that makes the sway bar directly, or do they just not offer those brackets with that bar?

i measured with eye lol..and a tape measure.. 1/8" thick, 1 3/4" long 1 1/2" tall
i used the d bracket from the sway bar and measured the thickness which im sure is the same..than i lined it up to how the straight part of the 90 degree brackit is on the bushing and measured from there and guessed where the point of angle would be..then tried to eye the height of the bracket and eyed the line up of the bushing washer
althought it would be great if anyone has the dimensions of this

called suspension techniques..they told me to call nopi, summit racing, and jegs..contacted all of them and no luck..they dont just sell the bracket..they sell the whole hardware kit for 80 bucks..id rather try and make one but i dont have the supplies to do so

Cut a piece of steel angle or tube, drill, grind, done. Do you know anyone who does a little metal work, you can ask them, this is a really simple job. If you weren't so far I'd do it for you from some scrap.

Match the thickness and alloy of the other brackets and you should be fine. Don't go any thinner though.
