main relay?

Default main relay?

ok i got my motor back in my car today and went to start the car up and it has a solid cel light and there is a constant humming noise coming from the main relay. i searched and found some info, but i didnt read anything about the relay humming like mine is. any suggestions? and there is no prime of the fuel pump but the car cranks over.

oh i probalby shoudl have read.... do you know what a relay is? its a switch and it makes noise but humming? its probably about to go id say replace it
