ok so... this is a 99 Civic EX. It's my sister's car and she left the car sitting for about a week after it had been running fine for a few months since she got it. Now, all the car is doing is turning over but never firing up. It is getting spark, the timing belt is fine, fuel pump is kickin on.... i duno what it could be?

any help=greatly appreciated...

hmmm...got spark,timing,fuel.... any CEL's? do you have the right fuel pressure?
