ok here goes ....i originally had a 89 dx motor in my car and on a long trip the camshaft broke .....well anyway ,i bought a 94 dx motor that was a auto ...mine is a manual ......i swapped in the 94 motor and when i started the motor it ran fine for a few ....but after awhile it started smoking sweet smelling white smoke ......and now the car will not start .....any suggestions?

 

did you check the compression on the 94 engine? sweet smelling exhaust and white smoke is usually coolant being burned, you might have a blown head gasket, possibly flooded the cylinder?
