Default 98 civic ex d16y8 auto to manual trans swap

Hello all you awesome honda people! I just located a 5 speed trans with linkage and both axles for $175.00 I am thinking about buying this if you recommend the swap. I am wondering what all, if any, dificulties I am going run into. Can you please tell me what to expect when doing this swap. Will I need a new computer?
I have been unable to find much info on this topic for my year car. Thank you all for your help in this matter.**** THANKS FOR THAT INFO. I AM NOT GOING TO DO THE SWAP! TO MANY PARTS NEEDED ILL JUST WAIT UNTILL I CAN GET A B18C OR SOMETHING BETTER AND DO A MOTOR AND TRANS SWAP THEN...

I'm pretty sure you need the P2T ECU.

That should have EVERYTHING you need.
