I am having a problem mounting my Blox 68mm throttle body on my B16 head. When I mount it and connect the cable there isn't enough slack for it to close, it stays open. I have a GSR block with a B16 head and an old school Skunk IM. I have a Type R throttle cable and bracket. It's a throttle body for a B16.
Do I have to use a GSR throttle cable as it's a GSR? My BBK 70mm throttle body worked just fine but it's too big for my build up.

Fully built head with a full port/polish and high comp valves, Blox B cams, type R pistons. I was told to get this throttle body by the shop that is doing the build.

It's connected to the peddle as the BBK works fine.
What i mean is there isn't enough slack on the exposed part where you tighten it on the bracket on the IM. It's like I need an inch more of the exposed part for it to work.
Please help
