Default turbo my d16y8

I am new to turboing, I know its fun but I was wondering if any1 can lend sum advice 2 da new guy. Its a daily driver bout 75 miles a day & I'm jsut looking for a little boost. Do I need to do internals on about 7-9 psi of boost, or stock sufficant

its not psi that kills motors, its power. 10 psi on a large turbo will make more power than 10 psi on a small turbo. your motor can be reliable on stock internals. stay under 230 or so and you should be safe.
