Well i have an h22a
10.6:1 stock
head is decked .004
im running a single layer headgaket which i used a dial caliper to measure and it is about .015 if i remember correctly. The layers i took out ended up being around .025
I am also running Supertech flat faced valves. I would like to know if anyone knows where i should be or has the formula to figure it out. I was trying but didnt know the CC of the head.

An OEM head gasket is about 0.026" to 0.030" crushed, so you couldn't have taken out 0.25".
There are plenty of sources for the formula to figure out your CR. You just need to figure out the total volume at BDC and TDC. The CR is the ratio of the two.

Yes, but the combustion chamber volume will be slightly smaller due to the head milling and flat faced valves. He'll also need the net volume of the piston dome. Has the block been decked?
