Here's the stats on it.

-156,000 miles
-No grinds or pop outs
-Never been opened

It is a used transmission with 156k on it so don't expect it
to be brand new but with that aside it is in great shape for its age.

The only issue I have ever had with it is sometimes it is a
little sticky going into first otherwise I know of no mechanical problems with it.
