I am looking at prepping my 97 hatch for paint, and I need to remove the door and fender moulding strips, as well as the rear tail lamps. How do I do so? I am hearing I need to remove the interior panels, then push some clips out for the mouldings...

Also does anyone know how to remove the black unpainted rocker trim along the bottom of the doors?

for the rocker trim take off ur front mudflap and under the trim there are some screws on the bottom take them out and push it forward with ur hands to un-clip the trim

It is easiest if you take the interior panels out first and push the clips from the inside. You'll see how when you get there. Tailights are easy. Move the carpet in the trunk away and there are four little nuts.
