Default SOMEONE HELP ME

Hi,

I have a 98 Civic hatch with a turbo B20Z running OBD1, tuned on Crome.

I was driving the car one day, it shut off and the CEL came on. I tried jumpering the code connector but the CEL stayed solid. I didn't hear the fuel pump operating, so I assumed that was the problem; I changed it and it made no difference. I also tried swapping the main relay and it didn't work.

It turns out I had a blown fuse. I replaced it and the car was driving fine from then on. Today, though, I was driving the car around and it shut off on me again, the same way as last time. The same fuse had blown again, I tried replacing it several times but it keeps blowing every time. This is the "FI" (?) fuse BTW. What could be wrong?

so i went to the junk yard and got another main relay and its still blowing the fuse but if i unplug the main relay the fuse doesnt blow wtf ????
