Any material to wrap on the air intake pipe to prevernt heat conduting?

Default Any material to wrap on the air intake pipe to prevernt heat conduting?

as title says. it is for aftermarket air intake pipe.any way or any material to use to wrap on it in order to shield the hear conduting? i know there is a heat shield for the air filter

use the same wrap you use on a header.

I bet Dynamat Extreme would work really well, resin to insulate and foil faced on the outside to reflect. I dont recommend this if you ever want to take it off and it probably would never look pretty. Ill have to try it some day on my ghetto intake.
