Anyone have ctr pistons with eagle rods???
I just brought my ctr pistons and eagle rods to the machine shop and the machinest said that the rod and pistons cant be used together. 
He said that the wrist pin wouldnt clip on the rods properly and the wrist pin would be flying around and smaking aginst the cylinder walls.
Anyone using these pistons and rods combo and if so how did you get the rods to stay on the pistons with the wrist pins not have a clip in them?

Well its almost like whats the point? I mean, you will crack the ring lands way before you bend even a stock rod. Get some forged pistons and do it right. Just my $.02
