Default Will upgrading camshafts/valvetrain pass smog?

I was wondering if i upgrade my B16a2 cams to a CTR and maybe a skunk2 valvetrain. So I was wondering will that pass smog in CA?

The valvetrain doesnt matter unless you overbore it. The cams might be pushing it. If its check then just tune the car youll be fine. Test and BAR probably not happening since your running stock ecu.
